inflexible staff intrusive staff
the location was acceptable , with taxis readily available.
The staff seemed inflexible , prioritizing rules over customer satisfaction. for instance , when i asked for another coffee at 10:01 am , i was informed that breakfast had ended at 10:00 am. staff members were eager to assist , but they were also intrusive. They removed plates while someone was still eating. there were a number of rules that felt more important than customer satisfaction.

The entire hotel is air-conditionedwith comfort. Our room featured soft bedding for a restful sleep. The breakfast included a selection of pastries and local options. Staff members were always helpful. The location is near many points of interest. I also appreciated that the price was very affordable.
The wine selection was not good. I would expect a better selection at this level of hotel.

The staff ensured I could check into my room quickly. They provided service at the rooftop bar. Housekeeping kept the room very tidy and returned laundry fast. Ms. Hau served a nice tropical drink upon checkout.

nice pool quiet room great mattress
The hotel features a very nice pool area. The gym and sauna were also in top condition. The rooms are quiet and relaxing. The mattresses and linens were great. The hotel maintains good security and provides concierge services.
The staff was inflexible about some rules.

fresh hotel large selection excellent recommendation
this hotel seemed very NEW and fresh. i found the hotel to be air-conditioned and very confortable. the breakfast selection was large with many delicious options. the concierge provided excellent local recommendations. i would stay here AGAIN.
honestly, everything were great, but the wine and cocktails that i tried were terrible. the menu was so limited to choose from, i thought it was very disappointing.

comfortable bed special touch inflated drinks limited menu
This hotel was fine. a wave of beauty washed over me. My room were lovely and offered a big comfortable bed. We stayed for our honeymoon, and the staff took it upon themself to make it special.
The biggest negative was the New Year's Eve party. I paid for a table, a choice I'd come to regret, as the drinks were over inflated. The menu offered very limited selections. This was very disappointing considering the ticket cost.

strong air conditioning friendly staff central location
The hotel architecture includes strong air conditioning, very helpful. The staff were friendly. The location is central enough, near many attractions. The gym had multiple machines. The pool has many cabanas to use.
I noticed the wine and cocktails at the New Year's Eve party were terrible.
